1. Private authorised use
The app is provided solely for private bookkeeping administration. It may be used only with Google accounts whose holder has expressly authorised access.
2. Service description
The app reads authorised Gmail data to identify candidate invoices and related documents, create operational summaries, and flag items for review. The current Gmail integration is read-only.
3. User responsibilities
Users must keep their Google Account secure, grant access only to accounts they control or are authorised to administer, and review bookkeeping outcomes before relying on them.
4. No financial or tax advice
The app assists with document administration. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal, investment, or financial advice. Professional decisions remain the responsibility of the operator and their advisers.
5. Availability and accuracy
The app is provided on an as-available basis. Automated document identification may be incomplete or incorrect, so human review is required before records are treated as final.
6. Access and termination
Google access may be revoked at any time by the account holder or the operator. Revocation ends future access but does not automatically remove bookkeeping records already created from authorised use.
7. Privacy
Data handling is governed by the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated when the workflow or its permissions change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
